Dear All of APSIPA ASC 2009 registration members:
On behalf of APSIPA ASC 2009 international organizing committee, I would like to express my special appreciation for all registration members’ support.
This E-mail has quite important information about APSIPA ASC 2009.
As you have already known, APSIPA ASC 2009 is going to be held during October 4 - 7.
On the first day, i.e., October 4, the conference will be held in Hokkaido University.
Its location is very near Sapporo JR station and it is located in the center of Sapporo city.
From the second day, i.e., October 5, to October 7, the conference and the summit will be held in Sapporo Convention Center. This is DIFFERENT LOCATION from Hokkaido University.

In the first day, we will have a reception. All members including accompanying persons are invited.

APSIPA ASC 2009 Welcome Reception
Location: Sapporo Aspen Hotel (Higashi-Ku, Kita 8, Nishi 4, 5, Sapporo)
Date: 17:30 - 19:30, Sunday 4, 2009.

At the first day, we have a registration desk during 9:00 - 17:30 in Hokkaido University, International Conference Hall. All members and student members can get the name tag, proceedings, an abstract, and tickets of bunquet in this conference site.
In addition, the first day is TUTORIAL SESSION DAY. In the conference, the fee of TUTORIAL is free if you have already made the registration of APSIPA ASC 2009. NO MORE ADDITIONAL FEE will be asked.
