Presentation Information

Paper in Oral Session:

The authors have 20 minutes including 5 minutes query/discussion time. The projector connecting PC is arranged in every room and thus the authors can display the paper presentation by using their PC and its projector. If own PC is not available, the committee can help its presentation by our PCs. If the authors would like to ask us for our support on their presentation, please contact the committee before the conference date. We do not consider the OHP presentation.

Paper in Poster Session:

The whole size of poser board is 2,700mm (width) x 2,100mm (height).   However, we need a small top margin and the lower part of the board is not suitable for presentation.  Note that the poster area is 2,700mm (width) x 1,400mm (height).  As the authors of poster papers see the APSIPA technical program, all posters can be displayed during a half day.  If the poster paper is assigned in the morning session, it can be displayed until 12:30.  If the poster paper is assigned in the afternoon session, it can be displayed from 13:00.  In the timetable of technical sessions, we assign the core time of  Poster Session.  During the core time, the authors are expected to present their paper in front of their poster.
